Zafir Aban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Perverts FC's Sarwat Ghanim got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 17 minutes of play, Chester-le-Street FC's Salim Abdul Baqi made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nour al Din Abdul Hakam was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abdul Majid Husam hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. If Zafir Aban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th match minute, Chester-le-Street FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aatif Sajid to maneuver through the defense. The Perverts FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Perverts FC's Nour al Din Abdul Hakam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salim Abdul Baqi in the 39th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

A wasted opportunity for Chester-le-Street FC. The supporters of Chester-le-Street FC booed when Perverts FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Maria Labarra sped through Chester-le-Street FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ilyas Fakhro. In the 87th minute, Ismail Fakir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salim Abdul Baqi in the 90th minute of play forced Perverts FC's goalkeeper Nour al Din Abdul Hakam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zafir Aban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ilyas Fakhro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sarwat Ghanim, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After some careless play in the Chester-le-Street FC defense, Zafir Aban kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilyas Fakhro. The Chester-le-Street FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilyas Fakhro should have stopped the shot. Perverts FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
