Khaled Idris didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After some careless play in the Tyre Football Club defense, Masoud Abdul Qadir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yazid Wahab. The Tyre Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yazid Wahab should have stopped the shot. Samir Amar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Talib Ghanim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Qazim Qudamah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yazid Wahab. Tyre Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Qazim Qudamah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. After 65 played minutes Hitchin got a freekick which was hit by Hamad Rashid. Qazim Qudamah's late challenge caught a Tyre Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Qazim Qudamah helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Qazim Qudamah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yazid Wahab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Said Faraj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, Qazim Qudamah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yazid Wahab.
