Bader Haji's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Bader Haji getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Mamon Sarkhoh hit a great ball. Belal Al Hajri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shaker Taqi in the 19th minute of the match. Darweesh Al Rifaee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ghaith Al Asuosi's late challenge caught a Naser Bo Abbasali's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ghaith Al Asuosi helped the player get up and apologised. Ghaith Al Asuosi hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes Naser Bo Abbasali got a freekick which was hit by Darweesh Al Rifaee. Belal Al Hajri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shaker Taqi's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Ghaith Al Asuosi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 33rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Nemir Al Mansor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Zahid Taiban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zahid Taiban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalefa Al Hajraf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute of the match, Ghaith Al Asuosi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Belal Al Hajri was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ghaith Al Asuosi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Belal Al Hajri having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nemir Al Mansor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Khalefa Al Hajraf who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Zahid Taiban when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 53 minutes into the match, Bader Haji's goal looked a bit too open when Nemir Al Mansor came free, but Zahid Taiban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khalefa Al Hajraf struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Zahid Taiban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Naser Bo Abbasali. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nemir Al Mansor in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zahid Taiban saved Bader Haji from getting behind. With a little luck, Bader Haji's Zahid Taiban got control of the ball when Khalefa Al Hajraf tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zahid Taiban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemir Al Mansor in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Naser Bo Abbasali's zone, Shaker Taqi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Belal Al Hajri came out of the goal and Shaker Taqi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khalefa Al Hajraf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zahid Taiban having to interfere. Khalefa Al Hajraf's late challenge caught a Bader Haji's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
