After 3 minutes of play, Al Yarmouk Kuwait's Charlie von Clausewitz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fahad Al Besher was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 6th minute, Ammar Al Khames hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charlie von Clausewitz struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Fahad Al Besher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Al Yarmouk Kuwait. Hamzah Al Motar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abdul Rahman Shrean kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Real Madrid's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Hamzah Al Motar scored to the left of an out of position Fahad Al Besher, making the score, 3-0. Hamzah Al Motar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yasen Khorshed kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Hamzah Al Motar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Al Yarmouk Kuwait fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Ayoob Al Khobaize could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Fahad Al Besher made a huge save. Ayoob Al Khobaize who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Fahad Al Besher when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 38th minute, Morjan Al Fadhalah fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 41 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Ayoob Al Khobaize came free, but Fahad Al Besher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Charlie von Clausewitz sped through Real Madrid's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fahad Al Besher. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mosa Al Sallal to strike the kick off in the second half. Hamzah Al Motar took the ball and in the 50 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fahad Al Besher. Fahad Al Besher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After some careless play in the Real Madrid defense, Hamzah Al Motar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fahad Al Besher. The Real Madrid fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fahad Al Besher should have stopped the shot. Real Madrid's Mosa Al Sallal got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Al Yarmouk Kuwait's zone, Ammar Al Khames stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eshaq Al Khars came out of the goal and Ammar Al Khames tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mosa Al Sallal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eshaq Al Khars having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Al Yarmouk Kuwait's Ayoob Al Khobaize nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fahad Al Besher made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Charlie von Clausewitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamzah Al Motar took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fahad Al Besher. Fahad Al Besher dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. If Hamzah Al Motar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Hamzah Al Motar came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Al Yarmouk Kuwait fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamzah Al Motar couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Real Madrid's zone, Charlie von Clausewitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fahad Al Besher came out of the goal and Charlie von Clausewitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Al Yarmouk Kuwait players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
