The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fared Al Jarah was a little too slow when Osama Al Azmi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. After a rather tough play, Bath's Talib Al Dosery got a free kick in the 7th minute. Osama Al Azmi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Fared Al Jarah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fared Al Jarah didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Kuwait SC's Maria Bérard shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 16th match minute, Bath was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ghazi Al Hindi to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Bath's goal looked a bit too open when Maria Bérard came free, but Fared Al Jarah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Jalal Al Rifaee notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Bath's Fared Al Jarah. Fared Al Jarah was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, Osama Al Azmi made a precise shot to the right of Fared Al Jarah. Bath's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Maria Bérard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fared Al Jarah. That made the score 6-0 in the 35 minute of play. In the 38th minute, Osama Al Azmi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Maria Bérard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fared Al Jarah was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

Fared Al Jarah came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Kuwait SC's Osama Al Azmi. But to his dismay, Osama Al Azmi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Osama Al Azmi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Fared Al Jarah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bath's Talib Al Dosery got a free kick in the 61st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdullah Al Shati during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes, Kuwait SC's Ayoob Al Homaithe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fared Al Jarah came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kuwait SC reached it. Ghazi Al Hindi kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Belal Al Mosawe could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Luai Al Banai however easily saved by the left post. Fared Al Jarah didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maria Bérard went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Griffith during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Bath's zone, Osama Al Azmi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fared Al Jarah came out of the goal and Osama Al Azmi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bath's goalkeeper Fared Al Jarah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sultan Al Qattamy charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sultan Al Qattamy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Bath:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kuwait SC:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maria Bérard in the 84th minute of play forced Bath's goalkeeper Fared Al Jarah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Osama Al Azmi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kuwait SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osama Al Azmi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ayoob Al Homaithe kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osama Al Azmi in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fared Al Jarah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Kuwait SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
