Kinik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Arabi the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kinik's Firas Al Khars got a free kick in the 7th minute. Enzo Van den Berch took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Naem Bo Qamaz. Kinik's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Suárez Yasin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Riad Bo Qamaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mnawer Abo Al Hasan struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Naem Bo Qamaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Arabi. Naem Bo Qamaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derek Cooke, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Suárez Yasin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Riad Bo Qamaz in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Kinik defense, Mnawer Abo Al Hasan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Naem Bo Qamaz. The Kinik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Naem Bo Qamaz should have stopped the shot. Yasir Magaña could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Suárez Yasin made a huge save. After 26 played minutes Kinik got a freekick which was hit by Nasser Al Banai. 28 minutes into the match, El Arabi's goal looked a bit too open when Riad Bo Qamaz came free, but Suárez Yasin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, El Arabi's Derek Cooke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Naem Bo Qamaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Kinik's zone, Pablo Galsino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Naem Bo Qamaz came out of the goal and Pablo Galsino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naem Bo Qamaz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mnawer Abo Al Hasan went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mnawer Abo Al Hasan to make the kick off. Kinik's Naem Bo Qamaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derek Cooke in the 51st minute of play. In the 54th minute, El Arabi's Derek Cooke ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Naem Bo Qamaz. Naem Bo Qamaz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Pablo Galsino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naem Bo Qamaz having to interfere. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kinik's goalkeeper Naem Bo Qamaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 62nd minute Derek Cooke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naem Bo Qamaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Sanad Khorshed notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Kinik's Naem Bo Qamaz. Naem Bo Qamaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 67 minutes into the match, Kinik's goal looked a bit too open when Derek Cooke came free, but Naem Bo Qamaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of El Arabi booed when Kinik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Riad Bo Qamaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Dawood Al Sarraf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Galsino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Naem Bo Qamaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Mnawer Abo Al Hasan could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Naem Bo Qamaz however easily saved by the left post. Pablo Galsino hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Naem Bo Qamaz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mnawer Abo Al Hasan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 86 minute of play. Firas Al Khars hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded El Arabi left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kinik.
