Eshaq Al Khars showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascal Gil in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, East Dulwich United's Pascal Gil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eshaq Al Khars made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Eshaq Al Khars stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lex van der Werff's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. East Dulwich United's Tanek Ochylski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamzah Al Motar in the 12th minute of play. Tanek Ochylski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamzah Al Motar, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 20th minute Qutaiba Al Ammar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eshaq Al Khars saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Al Yarmouk Kuwait defense, Sari Bo Shehri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eshaq Al Khars. The Al Yarmouk Kuwait fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eshaq Al Khars should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Sari Bo Shehri managed to get in a good position for a shot. East Dulwich United's supporters rose to their feet, but Sari Bo Shehri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eshaq Al Khars breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascal Gil in the 28th minute of play forced Al Yarmouk Kuwait's goalkeeper Eshaq Al Khars to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Al Yarmouk Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Lex van der Werff came free, but Eshaq Al Khars reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ayoob Al Khobaize fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanek Ochylski having to interfere. Sari Bo Shehri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lex van der Werff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Eshaq Al Khars tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hamzah Al Motar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tanek Ochylski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salem Al Abdullah hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After having played for 45 minutes, Ayoob Al Khobaize managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Al Yarmouk Kuwait's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ayoob Al Khobaize was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ayoob Al Khobaize in the 48th minute of play forced East Dulwich United's goalkeeper Tanek Ochylski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hamzah Al Motar was the one to do the kick off. When Pascal Gil came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the East Dulwich United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascal Gil couldn't finish the play. Eshaq Al Khars showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taqi Shadad, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Mahmoud Al Bloshi hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, East Dulwich United's Sari Bo Shehri tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Eshaq Al Khars didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pascal Gil went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind East Dulwich United's goalkeeper Tanek Ochylski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eshaq Al Khars made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Taqi Shadad sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamzah Al Motar in the 67th minute of play forced East Dulwich United's goalkeeper Tanek Ochylski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Al Yarmouk Kuwait's goalkeeper Eshaq Al Khars had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sari Bo Shehri. East Dulwich United's Tanek Ochylski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charlie von Clausewitz in the 72nd minute of play. Eshaq Al Khars came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by East Dulwich United's Pascal Gil. But to his dismay, Pascal Gil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The supporters of Al Yarmouk Kuwait booed when East Dulwich United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taqi Shadad didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Al Yarmouk Kuwait's goal looked a bit too open when Sari Bo Shehri came free, but Eshaq Al Khars reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute, Hamzah Al Motar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Al Yarmouk Kuwait fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Eshaq Al Khars was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Sari Bo Shehri capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sari Bo Shehri really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. When the final whistle sounded East Dulwich United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Al Yarmouk Kuwait.
