Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Derek Cooke came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the El Arabi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derek Cooke couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mnawer Abo Al Hasan in the 4th minute of play forced Shabab Alahli's goalkeeper Khalaf Al Bloshi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Mnawer Abo Al Hasan notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Shabab Alahli's Khalaf Al Bloshi. Khalaf Al Bloshi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mnawer Abo Al Hasan scored 0-2 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Khalaf Al Bloshi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Shaker Al Adsani fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shabab Alahli's protests and gave Shaker Al Adsani a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of El Arabi booed when Shabab Alahli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shaker Al Adsani didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 minutes, Morjan Al Homaithe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Shabab Alahli and the El Arabi players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Shabab Alahli getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Morjan Al Homaithe hit a great ball. Qasem Al Saleh was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Suárez Yasin saved El Arabi from getting behind. Khalaf Al Bloshi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mnawer Abo Al Hasan went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When Meteb Bahroh fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 39th minute Mnawer Abo Al Hasan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalaf Al Bloshi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Meteb Bahroh hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Mnawer Abo Al Hasan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Arabi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mnawer Abo Al Hasan made a kick off. After a rather tough play, El Arabi's Dawood Al Sarraf got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 55 played minutes Shabab Alahli got a freekick which was hit by Lafi Ashkanani. Shaker Al Adsani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suárez Yasin having to interfere. Khalaf Al Bloshi made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Mnawer Abo Al Hasan sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute of the match, Sanad Khorshed tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Khalaf Al Bloshi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Morjan Al Homaithe got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Morjan Al Homaithe kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Shabab Alahli's Khalaf Al Bloshi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sanad Khorshed in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Shabab Alahli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hashem Al Enzi to maneuver through the defense. Khalaf Al Bloshi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qasem Al Saleh in the 67th minute of the match. Mnawer Abo Al Hasan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Khalaf Al Bloshi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Yahya Al Ramzi's late challenge caught a Shabab Alahli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yahya Al Ramzi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to El Arabi getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Yahya Al Ramzi hit a great ball. Mnawer Abo Al Hasan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Khalaf Al Bloshi made a huge save. Khalaf Al Bloshi made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Mnawer Abo Al Hasan sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Shabab Alahli's Khalaf Al Bloshi got control of the ball when Mnawer Abo Al Hasan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sanad Khorshed charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sanad Khorshed the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to El Arabi getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Sanad Khorshed hit a great ball. With a little luck, Shabab Alahli's Khalaf Al Bloshi got control of the ball when Mnawer Abo Al Hasan tried to sneak it across the goal line. El Arabi played a much better game than Shabab Alahli and deserved their victory. The Shabab Alahli players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
