The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the game, Hashem Al Enzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shabab Alahli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Madrid the free kick. Emad Al Najdi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 26th minute Mosa Al Sallal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalaf Al Bloshi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Shabab Alahli fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Shabab Alahli's Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ammar Al Khames hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fahad Al Besher was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Shabab Alahli's goal looked a bit too open when Yasen Khorshed came free, but Khalaf Al Bloshi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55thth minute of the game Yasen Khorshed who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shabab Alahli's Khalaf Al Bloshi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Khalaf Al Bloshi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yasen Khorshed in the 59th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Yasen Khorshed's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Khalaf Al Bloshi was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Khalaf Al Bloshi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mosa Al Sallal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the game, Real Madrid's Mosa Al Sallal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Faris Al Besher during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Faris Al Besher hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Khalaf Al Bloshi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yasen Khorshed, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 2-2 became the score in the 94th minute when Abdul Mohsen Al Bahar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
