Bath's Fared Al Jarah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eyad Al Ansari in the 10th minute of play. Wael Abol who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Fared Al Jarah when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Eyad Al Ansari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Bath booed when Dunton Bassett was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ammar Al Dekhel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes in the game, Wael Abol fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fared Al Jarah having to interfere. Eyad Al Ansari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fared Al Jarah having to interfere. Fared Al Jarah stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eyad Al Ansari's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Eyad Al Ansari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Bath's goal looked a bit too open when Hamdan Dashti came free, but Fared Al Jarah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eyad Al Ansari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Fared Al Jarah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Adnan Al Barrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Eyad Al Ansari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fared Al Jarah was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Fared Al Jarah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wael Abol in the 57th minute of play. Belal Al Mosawe struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Gibrel Abol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bath. When Hamdan Dashti fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dunton Bassett's protests and gave Hamdan Dashti a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bath booed when Dunton Bassett was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamdan Dashti didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Dunton Bassett's Gibrel Abol got control of the ball when Belal Al Mosawe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fared Al Jarah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wael Abol in the 63rd minute of play. Fared Al Jarah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wael Abol, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Fared Al Jarah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eyad Al Ansari, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Wael Abol sped through Bath's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fared Al Jarah. In the 81st minute, Ameen Al Sarraf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gibrel Abol came out of the goal and Belal Al Mosawe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bath's Fared Al Jarah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wael Abol in the 93rd minute of play. Nemir Kakoli's late challenge caught a Bath's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemir Kakoli helped the player get up and apologised. After 97 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dunton Bassett! Dunton Bassett were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bath for a fine match.
