Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Brampton's Fred Waithaka started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Brampton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waruhiu Songok to maneuver through the defense. Wakadinali's Bobby Khadudu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Brampton. John Masai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Amos Kipwabok Mwangi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Duncan Njenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Masai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Wakadinali's Dennis Mumba got control of the ball when Elijah Keino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wakadinali's Dennis Mumba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Wakadinali from getting a goal against them. Brampton's Amos Kipwabok Mwangi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duncan Njenga in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Wakadinali's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Elijah Keino fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Fred Waithaka, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 29 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Dennis Mumba was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Wakadinali's Duncan Njenga in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brampton's goalie prevented a goal. Amos Kipwabok Mwangi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duncan Njenga in the 32nd minute of the match. Wakadinali's John Masai got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th match minute, Brampton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Imathiu to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st match minute, Wakadinali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bobby Khadudu to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Elijah Keino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dennis Mumba. Wakadinali's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elijah Keino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Amos Kipwabok Mwangi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duncan Njenga in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Duncan Njenga made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Brampton's zone, Duncan Njenga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amos Kipwabok Mwangi came out of the goal and Duncan Njenga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amos Kipwabok Mwangi made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Masai in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute, John Masai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Elijah Keino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64thth minute of the game Fred Waithaka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wakadinali's Dennis Mumba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65thth minute of the game Elijah Keino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wakadinali's Dennis Mumba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Wakadinali's John Masai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amos Kipwabok Mwangi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 68 minutes, Elijah Keino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brampton and the Wakadinali players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, Brampton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elijah Keino to maneuver through the defense. Bwana Mwangi's late challenge caught a Wakadinali's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bwana Mwangi helped the player get up and apologised. 81 minutes into the game, Elijah Keino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Dennis Mumba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th minute Duncan Njenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amos Kipwabok Mwangi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Elijah Keino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Duncan Njenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Kipwabok Mwangi having to interfere. Wakadinali's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
