Spectators: 7050 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tony Lel took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Ocholla got free with Mwai Emilio Mwangi in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's Faiz-Kevin Mangat got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Mwai Emilio Mwangi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Gichuki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Gichuki in the 7th minute of play forced FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's goalkeeper Mwai Emilio Mwangi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Olmaroroi fc's James Gichuki in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's goalie prevented a goal. In the 13th minute, Faiz-Kevin Mangat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa defense, Mickey Owino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mwai Emilio Mwangi. The FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mwai Emilio Mwangi should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the game, James Gichuki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mwai Emilio Mwangi. James Gichuki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Mwai Emilio Mwangi made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Mickey Owino sent off a good shot on target. Olmaroroi fc's James Gichuki got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Mickey Owino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mwai Emilio Mwangi. FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mickey Owino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Mickey Owino struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Mwai Emilio Mwangi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olmaroroi fc. The supporters of Olmaroroi fc booed when FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Temu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mwai Emilio Mwangi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Gichuki, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Mwai Emilio Mwangi came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Olmaroroi fc's James Gichuki. But to his dismay, James Gichuki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. With a little luck, FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's Mwai Emilio Mwangi got control of the ball when Abdilatif Kimeu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Faiz-Kevin Mangat hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's goal looked a bit too open when James Gichuki came free, but Mwai Emilio Mwangi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. James Gichuki had several of the FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 44 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Mwai Emilio Mwangi as he didn't even see the shot coming.

Mwai Emilio Mwangi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Mickey Owino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tony Lel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Walter Kiptum skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With 67 minutes on the clock, Munyoro Mbugi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The goalkeeper, Walter Kiptum, was totally fooled by FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's Christopher Bilali, who 69 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Mwai Emilio Mwangi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Gichuki, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th match minute, FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mekatilili Biwott to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, James Gichuki notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's Mwai Emilio Mwangi. Mwai Emilio Mwangi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tony Lel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Kiptum having to interfere. Abdilatif Kimeu hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute James Gichuki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mwai Emilio Mwangi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Abdilatif Kimeu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When James Gichuki came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Olmaroroi fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that James Gichuki couldn't finish the play. After 96 played minutes Olmaroroi fc got a freekick which was hit by John Muttendago.
