After having played for 17 minutes, Mike Waweru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bayswater's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mike Waweru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John Oloo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Wanjiru went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 25th match minute, Hazel Sport Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by James Ngugi to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Hazel Sport Club's Controller Waithaka got a free kick in the 35th minute. Controller Waithaka charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Controller Waithaka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and William Ouko made a kick off. When Hazel Sport Club's Elijah Origi in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bayswater's goalie prevented a goal. Hazel Sport Club's Elijah Origi got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mike Waweru took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised John Oloo. John Oloo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. George Wanjiru was extremely unlucky when he, in the 72nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Mike Waweru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, George Wanjiru took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for John Oloo to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Bayswater getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Evans Denno hit a great ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hazel Sport Club's goalkeeper John Oloo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90thth minute of the game George Wanjiru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hazel Sport Club's John Oloo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. George Wanjiru might have been able to make a better finish in the 99th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over John Oloo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. George Wanjiru ran back to his position shaking his head. Bayswater's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
