Olmaroroi fc's supporters rose to their feet, but John Muttendago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeruto Muttendago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by James Gichuki in the 19th minute of play forced Bayswater's goalkeeper Jeruto Muttendago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by George Wanjiru during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bayswater getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. George Wanjiru hit a great ball. James Gichuki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jeruto Muttendago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Ocholla kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Olmaroroi fc's goal looked a bit too open when George Wanjiru came free, but Walter Kiptum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Waweru in the 29th minute of play forced Olmaroroi fc's goalkeeper Walter Kiptum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bayswater's Christopher Kariuki got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute Abdilatif Kimeu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeruto Muttendago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, John Muttendago ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeruto Muttendago was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1.

James Gichuki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeruto Muttendago having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Olmaroroi fc's James Gichuki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jeruto Muttendago. That made the score 0-2 after 54 minutes of play. After 59 minutes, Mike Waweru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bayswater and the Olmaroroi fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Bayswater got a freekick which was hit by Mike Waweru. James Gichuki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Christopher Kariuki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Bayswater's zone, Mickey Owino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeruto Muttendago came out of the goal and Mickey Owino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mickey Owino hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When James Gichuki came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Olmaroroi fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that James Gichuki couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Mickey Owino could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Jeruto Muttendago however easily saved by the left post. 80 minutes into the game, Olmaroroi fc's John Muttendago nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeruto Muttendago made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Abdilatif Kimeu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mike Waweru got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 88 played minutes Bayswater got a freekick which was hit by Mike Waweru. George Wanjiru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 93 minutes into the match, Bayswater's goal looked a bit too open when Moses Ongao came free, but Jeruto Muttendago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olmaroroi fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mickey Owino in the 94th minute. With a little luck, Bayswater's Jeruto Muttendago got control of the ball when Mickey Owino tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Olmaroroi fc could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bayswater throughout the match.
