George Wanjiru showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Bayswater's George Wanjiru got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dario Ortle was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robert Kiprop showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 33 minute of play. In the 44th minute, Alvise Tondi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bayswater's Deepak Lukoye shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 45th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dario Ortle but with some difficulty. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvise Tondi during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alvise Tondi hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Wanjiru in the 58th minute of play forced www.rasmutu.co.ke's goalkeeper Dario Ortle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee showed Mircea Romanescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th minute of the match Deepak Lukoye sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Ortle skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Bayswater booed when www.rasmutu.co.ke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Oskarbi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Ortle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Wanjiru, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bayswater fans cheered their team off the field, for while www.rasmutu.co.ke had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
