Joseph Lagat hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Michael Kimutai in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by REAL KÊNIA♣'s Moses Wambua. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Wambui in the 15th minute of play forced REAL KÊNIA♣'s goalkeeper Charles Purba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Ogot made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when George Ngigi sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th match minute, Tatooine Local Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Lagat to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charles Wambui in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charles Purba saved REAL KÊNIA♣ from getting behind. In the 22nd minute, Fazul Mwaura made a precise shot to the right of Charles Purba. REAL KÊNIA♣'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Charles Wambui blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charles Purba having to make a save. Charles Purba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Charles Wambui went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Charles Wambui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 34th minute, Richard Ogot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute Fredrick Ntalami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Purba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fazul Mwaura blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charles Purba having to make a save. Charles Purba came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Tatooine Local Club's Charles Wambui. But to his dismay, Charles Wambui quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 41 minutes, Jackson Mutuku mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the REAL KÊNIA♣ and the Tatooine Local Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, REAL KÊNIA♣'s Jackson Mutuku got a free kick in the 41st minute. Charles Wambui scored 0-5 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Purba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Wambui in the 45th minute of play forced REAL KÊNIA♣'s goalkeeper Charles Purba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michael Shah stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 50 minutes, Joseph Lagat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tatooine Local Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Lagat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 52 minutes in the game, Fredrick Ntalami fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Charles Purba having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Charles Wambui ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles Purba was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Myles Khayeshe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Charles Purba. That made the score 0-7 in the 61 minute of play. Charles Wambui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Tatooine Local Club's goal looked a bit too open when Cyrus Otieno came free, but Paul Ogot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Ogot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Keter in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Cyrus Otieno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Paul Ogot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charles Wambui in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charles Purba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Charles Purba was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Charles Wambui capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Charles Wambui really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. Charles Purba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Myles Khayeshe in the 79th minute. Richard Ogot was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 81 minutes into the match. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for REAL KÊNIA♣! 88 minutes into the match, Charles Wambui dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Charles Purba, 1-10. 92 minutes into the match, REAL KÊNIA♣'s goalkeeper Charles Purba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charles Wambui. The supporters of Tatooine Local Club booed when REAL KÊNIA♣ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jackson Mutuku didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Charles Wambui dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Charles Purba, 1-11.
