When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Fredrick Koskei sped through REAL KÊNIA♣'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Charles Purba. With a little luck, REAL KÊNIA♣'s Charles Purba got control of the ball when Fredrick Koskei tried to sneak it across the goal line. 2-0 became the score in the 21st minute when Fredrick Koskei elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Patrick Wambua who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Charles Purba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fredrick Biwott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Charles Purba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Nduro got free with Charles Purba in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the match, REAL KÊNIA♣'s Paul Keter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Price Møberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Richard Nduro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Charles Purba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Richard Nduro didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-0 via right post in the game's 35th minute. Haslingden United's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Price Møberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Ngigi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charles Purba came out of the goal and Richard Nduro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, Jackson Mutuku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Richard Nduro notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of REAL KÊNIA♣'s Charles Purba. Charles Purba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Haslingden United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
