An unexpectedly hard shot by Moses Ntalami in the 20th minute of play forced F.C. KipKøntë's goalkeeper Ali Njoroge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Object defense, James Asati kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Manyim. The Object fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Manyim should have stopped the shot. Micheal Rutto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 32nd minute, James Asati made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Manyim. Object's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 36 minutes into the game, Moses Ntalami cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ali Njoroge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ismael Manyim made an important save on a dangerous shot by James Asati in the 41st minute. F.C. KipKøntë's Ali Njoroge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Limo in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and James Asati made a kick off. Ismael Manyim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from James Asati, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. When Moses Onyango fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Object's protests and gave Moses Onyango a yellow card for diving instead. KipKøntë:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for F.C. KipKøntë. After 89 played minutes Object got a freekick which was hit by Evans Roy. Billy Chemjor's late challenge caught a F.C. KipKøntë's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Billy Chemjor helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Billy Chemjor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Object players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for F.C. KipKøntë.
