Spectators: 7600 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 100) Andy Gardener started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ defense, Russell McDonald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cody York. The ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cody York should have stopped the shot. With his leg Wally Howarth managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's Silvester Knight fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Russell McDonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cody York having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Airblue got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Adcock. Wally Howarth was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Oliver Harding showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 28 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andy Gardener in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cody York prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cody York made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Gardener in the 43rd minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Ollie Davey made the kick off in the second half. Wally Howarth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Turner, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's Cody York played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Russell McDonald in the 55th minute of play. Wally Howarth came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ's Silvester Knight. But to his dismay, Silvester Knight quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 60th minute, Ivan Turner made a precise shot to the right of Wally Howarth. Airblue's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Wally Howarth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvester Knight in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Airblue booed when ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Den Mulford didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Henry Keyworth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Airblue's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ the free kick. Henry Keyworth kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The supporters of ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ booed when Airblue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Adcock didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wally Howarth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Harding, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Silvester Knight cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Wally Howarth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute Andy Gardener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cody York saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Airblue's Russell McDonald sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cody York narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Airblue booed when ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Newell didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute of the match Oliver Harding sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wally Howarth skillfully saved the ball. Russell McDonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ fully deserved thier win.
