After having played for 5 minutes, 狄迪傲 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gatwick City's supporters crossed their fingers, but 狄迪傲 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jack Warburton came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Gatwick City's Wojciech Kostka. But to his dismay, Wojciech Kostka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 狄迪傲 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jack Warburton didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gatwick City's 狄迪傲 shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-3 when 狄迪傲 sped through Otley's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jack Warburton. Jack Warburton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 狄迪傲's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Jack Warburton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 40 minutes into the match, 狄迪傲 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jack Warburton. Otley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 狄迪傲 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 44th minute 狄迪傲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Warburton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, one of Otley:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Otley. After the first half Gatwick City were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Otley's goalkeeper Jack Warburton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 狄迪傲. Doug Wiltshire scored 0-7 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jack Warburton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jack Warburton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th play minute 狄迪傲 came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jack Warburton. 0-9. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, 狄迪傲 put it in 0-10 from a short distance just to the right of Jack Warburton. Nicolas Sarmento hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Gatwick City made a substitution. Simon Wedlock replaced Long Dong. The supporters of Otley booed when Gatwick City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. 狄迪傲 might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jack Warburton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 狄迪傲 ran back to his position shaking his head. Nicolas Sarmento scored 0-12 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jack Warburton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Otley's Jack Warburton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Otley from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, 狄迪傲 put it in 0-13 from a short distance just to the right of Jack Warburton. Gatwick City's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
