The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Udi Isaacs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. Naaman Kaufmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naaman Kaufmann in the 10th minute of play forced Deportivo La Carroña's goalkeeper Adon Mestel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Naaman Kaufmann came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Brosh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naaman Kaufmann couldn't finish the play. If Eliam Reshef had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adon Mestel came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Brosh's Dishon Fischer. But to his dismay, Dishon Fischer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Adon Mestel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dishon Fischer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dishon Fischer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eldor Abrahams didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliam Reshef went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Udi Isaacs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, Brosh's Dishon Fischer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adon Mestel narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Naaman Kaufmann to strike the kick off in the second half. Brosh were furious when Alex Turi was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Brosh fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Yatniel Aranovski struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Adon Mestel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brosh. Eliam Reshef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Eldor Abrahams tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Etham Mosheh hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo La Carroña's zone, Jimmy Bracha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adon Mestel came out of the goal and Jimmy Bracha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dishon Fischer struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Adon Mestel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brosh.
