Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 0) FC Sajarah's Bariah Aronson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Shir Gyllenhaal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Micah Givati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Shir Gyllenhaal managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Hanitah's supporters rose to their feet, but Shir Gyllenhaal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Micah Givati breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in FC Sajarah's zone, Shir Gyllenhaal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Micah Givati came out of the goal and Shir Gyllenhaal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th minute, Bariah Aronson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Avidan Horowicz. The goal made the score 1-0. Shir Gyllenhaal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to SC Hanitah getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Aviezer Ferber hit a great ball. FC Sajarah's Micah Givati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shir Gyllenhaal in the 32nd minute of play. When SC Hanitah's Shir Gyllenhaal in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Sajarah's goalie prevented a goal. Roni Hoffenreich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brosh Kohl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Micah Givati having to interfere. If Bariah Aronson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SC Hanitah getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Uzi Sheinberg hit a great ball. When FC Sajarah's Bariah Aronson, in the 45th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FC Sajarah. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Shir Gyllenhaal to strike the kick off in the second half. Avidan Horowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yad Rapport, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, SC Hanitah's goal looked a bit too open when Bariah Aronson came free, but Avidan Horowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Hanitah's Aviezer Ferber got a free kick in the 58th minute. With his leg Micah Givati managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when SC Hanitah's Brosh Kohl fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 68 minutes into the match, Brosh Kohl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Micah Givati. FC Sajarah's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brosh Kohl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Bariah Aronson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Avidan Horowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Bariah Aronson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Sajarah's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bariah Aronson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roni Hoffenreich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Avidan Horowicz came out of the goal and Bariah Aronson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bariah Aronson took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avidan Horowicz. Avidan Horowicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Bariah Aronson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Hanitah's zone, Roni Hoffenreich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avidan Horowicz came out of the goal and Roni Hoffenreich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yad Rapport charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yad Rapport the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
