Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Avigdor Fein made the kick off and thus started the match. Menashe Phillip sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14thth minute of the game Avigdor Fein who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Shoevah's Jachin Zar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute, Bela Jacobs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Avigdor Fein's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jachin Zar was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo Stark got free with Gershon Remez in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Maccabi Jerusalem booed when FC Shoevah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amran Freylicher didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tsafrir Moreh got free with Gershon Remez in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in FC Shoevah's zone, Menashe Phillip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jachin Zar came out of the goal and Menashe Phillip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Avigdor Fein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jachin Zar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Menashe Phillip in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Amdiel Gahl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maccabi Jerusalem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Shoevah the free kick. Amdiel Gahl kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Maccabi Jerusalem's Amdiel Gahl got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amran Freylicher to make the kick off. Jachin Zar stood somewhat misplaced when Avigdor Fein came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 60 minute. If Menashe Phillip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Shoevah's Jachin Zar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save FC Shoevah from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Avigdor Fein in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jachin Zar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute, one of Maccabi Jerusalem:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Maccabi Jerusalem. Jachin Zar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Menashe Phillip went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Despite being the better team, Maccabi Jerusalem failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
