After a defensive mix-up in Ibthan's zone, Yaron Kleiman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ben Sheleg came out of the goal and Yaron Kleiman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Yadael Monk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eldór Guðmarsson was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Lior Okshi kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Nechemiya Sheqel notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SC Mivtah's Eldór Guðmarsson. Eldór Guðmarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Herschel del Monte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. Eldór Guðmarsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ibthan. In the 44th minute of the match Omry Cain shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ben Sheleg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Yadael Monk in the 51st minute of play forced SC Mivtah's goalkeeper Eldór Guðmarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Yadael Monk rounded SC Mivtah's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. 58 minutes into the game, one of SC Mivtah:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 59 minutes, Ibthan's Yeshayahu Porges got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Eldór Guðmarsson. After a rather tough play, Ibthan's Yeshayahu Porges got a free kick in the 67th minute. Ben Sheleg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yaron Kleiman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yadael Monk in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eldór Guðmarsson saved SC Mivtah from getting behind. When SC Mivtah's Yaron Kleiman in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ibthan's goalie prevented a goal. After 87 played minutes Ibthan got a freekick which was hit by Yeshayahu Porges. Ben Sheleg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yaron Kleiman, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Yadael Monk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
