Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Misgav's Jaques Limburg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of FC Misgav booed when FC Romema was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jachin Sheleg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaques Limburg had several of the FC Romema's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 5 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Gilam Horner as he didn't even see the shot coming. Gilam Horner made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Shucky Givati sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Azniel Lifshitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of FC Misgav booed when FC Romema was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yad Zefati didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shucky Givati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilam Horner having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Misgav's zone, Azniel Lifshitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yahalon Oshri came out of the goal and Azniel Lifshitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd minute Jock Lasker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yahalon Oshri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Shucky Givati sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, FC Romema's goalkeeper Gilam Horner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shucky Givati. With a little luck, FC Romema's Gilam Horner got control of the ball when Shucky Givati tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaques Limburg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Gilam Horner skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Shucky Givati came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Misgav fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shucky Givati couldn't finish the play. Shucky Givati sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lavan Athlan hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute FC Misgav were awarded a corner. Rimon Bernstein went to the cornerflag to take it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jock Lasker to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Misgav's Rimon Bernstein got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Yad Zefati sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Misgav's Yahalon Oshri didn't even have to move. After having played for 68 minutes, Shucky Givati managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Misgav's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shucky Givati was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilam Horner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaques Limburg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shucky Givati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Gilam Horner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Shucky Givati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaques Limburg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Anael Heiny fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Romema's protests and gave Anael Heiny a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Anael Heiny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shucky Givati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilam Horner having to interfere. FC Romema's Gilam Horner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaques Limburg in the 85th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Jaques Limburg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilam Horner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaques Limburg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilam Horner having to make a save.
