Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Simcha Blitz started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliyav Visebord in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ran Elharar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 7 minutes of play, FC Hapoel Jerusalem's Simcha Blitz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ran Elharar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Shachaf Chernow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hertzel Rozman in the 10th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Yardena's zone, Simcha Blitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ran Elharar came out of the goal and Simcha Blitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliyav Visebord in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ran Elharar saved SC Yardena from getting behind. A collision led to SC Yardena getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Jonathan Ohana hit a great ball. Simcha Blitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ran Elharar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Jonathan Ohana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Yardena and the FC Hapoel Jerusalem players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Hapoel Jerusalem booed when SC Yardena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Ohana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Eliyav Visebord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ran Elharar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nimrod Orgad hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Hertzel Rozman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Shachaf Chernow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Simcha Blitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Hapoel Jerusalem's Eliyav Visebord got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute Eliyav Visebord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ran Elharar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Hapoel Jerusalem fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when FC Hapoel Jerusalem's Simcha Blitz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ran Elharar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simcha Blitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Jonathan Ohana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hertzel Rozman made a kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 50th minute of the game. One of SC Yardena:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Hapoel Jerusalem:s goal. SC Yardena:s Ran Elharar showed great skill when he stopped Jachel Fiedler:s penalty. Jachel Fiedler scored 0-3 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ran Elharar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Hapoel Jerusalem's Simcha Blitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ran Elharar. That made the score 0-4 after 58 minutes of play. If Jachel Fiedler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simcha Blitz in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ran Elharar saved SC Yardena from getting behind. Simcha Blitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Ran Elharar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Yardena fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 87 minutes, FC Hapoel Jerusalem's Jachel Fiedler got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ran Elharar. 98 minutes into the match, Simcha Blitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ran Elharar, 0-8. FC Hapoel Jerusalem's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
