Peri Katzar came out of the goal and Bachan Brozovsky tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uriah Sitt's late challenge caught a FC Caesarea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uriah Sitt helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Exodus GS.'s Uriah Sitt got a free kick in the 6th minute. Hodiah Ovadiya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Exodus GS.'s goal looked a bit too open when Yada Nathan came free, but Yehezkiel Liman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Yada Nathan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hodiah Ovadiya might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yehezkiel Liman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hodiah Ovadiya ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 15 minutes, Yada Nathan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Caesarea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yada Nathan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bachan Brozovsky received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Peri Katzar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iago Burton's late challenge caught a Exodus GS.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Peri Katzar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gal Alcobi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peri Katzar having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, FC Caesarea's goalkeeper Peri Katzar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gal Alcobi. After 33 played minutes Exodus GS. got a freekick which was hit by Guri Afek. Yada Nathan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Yehezkiel Liman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hodiah Ovadiya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bachan Brozovsky was the one to do the kick off. Exodus GS.'s Yehezkiel Liman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Exodus GS. from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute Yada Nathan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yehezkiel Liman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gal Alcobi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hodiah Ovadiya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Yehezkiel Liman made a huge save. The referee ignored FC Caesarea's protests and gave Aviam Ketsef a yellow card for diving instead. FC Caesarea's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
