When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benzion Mahlkin made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Bachan Brozovsky ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guri Tarratut was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Exodus GS. getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Guri Mortara hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Hatserim's Jagur Soloveitchik tried to score from far away in the 61st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Benzion Mahlkin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yehezkiel Liman was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 63rd match minute, Exodus GS. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriah Sitt to maneuver through the defense. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benzion Mahlkin couldn't finish the play. If Yoshiyahu Seligman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Benzion Mahlkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yehezkiel Liman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Hazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yehezkiel Liman having to interfere. Yehezkiel Liman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benzion Mahlkin's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Alex Hazan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hatserim players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
