After a rather tough play, FC Amir's Reuel Armoni got a free kick in the 10th minute. Perry Lachmi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Givon Yaqum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Mejamia's Or-Tal Londoner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eri Zitoni in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Eri Zitoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Or-Tal Londoner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evron Halpern fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Givon Yaqum having to interfere. Lev Silvera charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lev Silvera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, FC Mejamia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lev Silvera to maneuver through the defense. Or-Tal Londoner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yoshiyahu Pollack showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Perry Lachmi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Givon Yaqum was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

FC Mejamia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eri Zitoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 58 played minutes FC Mejamia got a freekick which was hit by Yandel Popp. Givon Yaqum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evron Halpern, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
