After a defensive mix-up in SC Sedom's zone, Yoshiyahu Pollack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jachin Picower came out of the goal and Yoshiyahu Pollack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, FC Amir's goal looked a bit too open when Davin Ben Shalom came free, but Givon Yaqum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yeshayahu Saharoff during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Yoshiyahu Pollack had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jachin Picower showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yoshiyahu Pollack in the 29th minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Eri Zitoni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Amir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eri Zitoni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jair Harlamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Givon Yaqum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Davin Ben Shalom came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the SC Sedom fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Davin Ben Shalom couldn't finish the play. Jair Harlamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Givon Yaqum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yoshiyahu Pollack blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jachin Picower having to make a save. In the 90th minute, Achishai Lasker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd match minute, SC Sedom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achishai Lasker to maneuver through the defense. The FC Amir supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Amir would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
