The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Felix Jacobs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Soma Csapó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Gunnerz's goal looked a bit too open when Meir Israel came free, but Udi Lieberman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Jacobs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Soma Csapó read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Avinoach Yosefi got free with Udi Lieberman in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Meir Israel in the 11th minute of play forced Gunnerz's goalkeeper Udi Lieberman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Yaron Claman notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Gunnerz's Udi Lieberman. Udi Lieberman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Udi Lieberman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yaron Claman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. In the 25th minute, Meir Israel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Udi Lieberman. The goal made the score 4-0. In the 28th minute Koren Holly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Udi Lieberman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Udi Lieberman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yaron Claman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 29 minute of play. Udi Lieberman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meir Israel, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Yaron Claman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Udi Lieberman was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After 40 minutes of play, SC ASHKELON's Koren Holly made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Udi Lieberman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute, SC ASHKELON's Meir Israel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yaron Claman to make the kick off. Udi Lieberman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaron Claman in the 51st minute of play. Udi Lieberman came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by SC ASHKELON's Yaron Claman. But to his dismay, Yaron Claman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. After some careless play in the Gunnerz defense, Avinoach Yosefi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Udi Lieberman. The Gunnerz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Udi Lieberman should have stopped the shot. Udi Lieberman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reuven Bruckheimer in the 61st minute of the match. Udi Lieberman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yaron Claman, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Udi Lieberman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ari Ben-Zion in the 63rd minute of play. Udi Lieberman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meir Israel in the 66th minute of the match. Avishai Pizanti kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Meir Israel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Udi Lieberman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Udi Lieberman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meir Israel in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaron Claman in the 85th minute of play forced Gunnerz's goalkeeper Udi Lieberman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Yaron Claman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Udi Lieberman was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SC ASHKELON fully deserved thier win.
