Udi Lieberman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magdiel Nathan in the 42nd minute of the match. A collision led to Gunnerz getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Givon Kraft hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute of the match Snir Razinski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Udi Lieberman skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Chalme in the 44th minute of play forced Gunnerz's goalkeeper Udi Lieberman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Udi Lieberman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Magdiel Nathan went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Magdiel Nathan to strike the kick off in the second half. Barnabe Kael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Peter Susskind managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gunnerz's supporters rose to their feet, but Peter Susskind was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Galon Haber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 78 minutes into the game, Geuel Gross was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yagur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gunnerz the free kick. Udi Lieberman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Yagur's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
