Noy Navon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilad Tawill read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yeroham's goalkeeper Gilad Tawill, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yeroham's Gilad Tawill proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Yeroham from getting a goal against them. Gilad Tawill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arbel Devlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Tzahi Bittan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Arbel Devlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliam Amarel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Arbel Devlin made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tzahi Bittan in the 53rd minute of play forced סיפורים מהקופסא's goalkeeper Aba Ben-Yakar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arbel Devlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Yeroham defense, Alvah Hacker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilad Tawill. The Yeroham fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilad Tawill should have stopped the shot. Alvah Hacker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilad Tawill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arbel Devlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 71 minutes, Alvah Hacker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. סיפורים מהקופסא's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvah Hacker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arbel Devlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Gilad Tawill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, סיפורים מהקופסא's Alvah Hacker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilad Tawill narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
