In the 37th minute of the match, Jackson Wharton got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bar Sirkis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 86th minute, Toviel Mittelman made a precise shot to the right of Bar Sirkis. Cavegol FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. With an all-out effort, Cavegol FC's Rollo Christ threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ilan Ganon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in ALL BLACK's zone, Hezi Shapochnik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rollo Christ came out of the goal and Hezi Shapochnik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rollo Christ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hezi Shapochnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cavegol FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
