After 12 played minutes Katsapaνika got a freekick which was hit by Pantelis Prokopiou. In the 18th minute, Stelios Kalabokas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Stratos Pantoflaras shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christos Argyroulis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Stavros Soukis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christos Argyroulis came out and tried to block the shot, but Thalis Pargalatsos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 78th minute. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stavros Soukis ran back to his position shaking his head. Thalis Pargalatsos struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Christos Argyroulis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dafnochori. Dafnochori's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
