Galarσs's Zinon Micheloudakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Galarσs from getting a goal against them. Thalis Dimitrakopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Zinon Micheloudakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Galarσs's goalkeeper Zinon Micheloudakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Louis Louverdis. Dorotheos Paschalakis's late challenge caught a Galarσs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dorotheos Paschalakis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Pessαdhes BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorotheos Paschalakis to maneuver through the defense. Galarσs's Zinon Micheloudakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Galarσs from getting a goal against them. Zinon Micheloudakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thalis Dimitrakopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The Pessαdhes BC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Pessαdhes BC's Louis Louverdis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thalis Dimitrakopoulos in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zinon Micheloudakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thalis Dimitrakopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Zinon Micheloudakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Evripidis Grifisas fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galarσs's protests and gave Evripidis Grifisas a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Galarσs's Evripidis Grifisas got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Louis Aggelopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zinon Micheloudakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Louis Aggelopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emmanouil Nikolaidis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Pessαdhes BC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Louis Louverdis hit a great ball. Zinon Micheloudakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis Louverdis in the 58th minute of the match. Dimosthenis Sepsas hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Anestis Gogolos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galarσs's supporters rose to their feet, but Anestis Gogolos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Spyros Zouros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Pessαdhes BC's zone, Stamatis Tsakonakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Spyros Zouros came out of the goal and Stamatis Tsakonakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Galarσs's Zinon Micheloudakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thalis Dimitrakopoulos in the 77th minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Louis Louverdis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pessαdhes BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Louis Louverdis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Louis Louverdis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zinon Micheloudakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Louis Louverdis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionysis Telatos hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Emmanouil Nikolaidis struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Spyros Zouros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galarσs. Dorotheos Paschalakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pessαdhes BC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
