In the 6th minute Nestoras Giasemis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Akrivakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, ARKALOHORION FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nestoras Giasemis came free, but Giannis Akrivakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Telis Christodoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Telis Christodoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, ARKALOHORION FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telis Christodoulos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ARKALOHORION FC's Zisis Kechagias got a free kick in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ARKALOHORION FC's zone, Nestoras Giasemis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giannis Akrivakis came out of the goal and Nestoras Giasemis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stelios Karopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Nestoras Giasemis took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Giannis Akrivakis to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Korifí BC's Markos Paramithis got a free kick in the 24th minute. Michalis Traboukos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Nestoras Giasemis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Giannis Akrivakis. That made the score 2-0 in the 33 minute of play. In the 38th minute, Stelios Karopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st minute, Aggelos Dermitzakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michalis Traboukos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nestoras Giasemis came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Korifí BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestoras Giasemis couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nestoras Giasemis made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ARKALOHORION FC's Charis Makrodimitris got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 56th match minute, ARKALOHORION FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentinos Zigouris to maneuver through the defense. Nestoras Giasemis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giannis Akrivakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Giannis Akrivakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestoras Giasemis in the 61st minute of play. If Stelios Karopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ARKALOHORION FC's Giannis Akrivakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestoras Giasemis in the 76th minute of play. In the 77thth minute of the game Stelios Karopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ARKALOHORION FC's Giannis Akrivakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 80th minute, Stelios Karopoulos made a precise shot to the right of Giannis Akrivakis. ARKALOHORION FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Nestoras Giasemis struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Giannis Akrivakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korifí BC. If Stelios Karopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nestoras Giasemis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Giannis Akrivakis having to make a save. In the 89th minute, Stelios Karopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giannis Akrivakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestoras Giasemis in the 91st minute of play. Giannis Akrivakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelios Karopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Korifí BC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
