After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Panagiotis Laskos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valkánon BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Panagiotis Laskos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thodoris Stasinopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thodoris Stasinopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thrasivoulos Kalabokis in the 4th minute of the match. Thodoris Stasinopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thrasivoulos Kalabokis, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Christos Antoniou hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Thodoris Stasinopoulos came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Valkánon BC's Thrasivoulos Kalabokis. But to his dismay, Thrasivoulos Kalabokis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd match minute, Paliourgiα FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prodromos Skopelitis to maneuver through the defense. Thodoris Stasinopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thrasivoulos Kalabokis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Valkánon BC's Errikos Koutsopoulos got a free kick in the 35th minute. Panagiotis Laskos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Thodoris Stasinopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Panagiotis Laskos in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thodoris Stasinopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valkánon BC's Panagiotis Laskos got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Thrasivoulos Kalabokis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Diogenis Giotakoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Apostolis Kavalaris kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Loukas Meletiou missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 66 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Thodoris Stasinopoulos right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chrisostomos Rathosis during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 69 played minutes Valkánon BC got a freekick which was hit by Chrisostomos Rathosis. In the 75th minute, Panagiotis Laskos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thrasivoulos Kalabokis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thodoris Stasinopoulos having to interfere. Valkánon BC's Anastasios Mantziris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogenis Giotakoglou in the 84th minute of play. Paliourgiα FC's Thodoris Stasinopoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Paliourgiα FC from getting a goal against them. Valkánon BC's Anastasios Mantziris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogenis Giotakoglou in the 89th minute of play. Prodromos Skopelitis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Valkánon BC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
