Nestoras Giasemis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiros Kefalogiannis having to interfere. Vassilis Kaligas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evripidis Adamidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Ikonomou in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Kaligas in the 22nd minute of play forced Korifí BC's goalkeeper Evripidis Adamidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Christos Ikonomou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evripidis Adamidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Korifí BC's Thodoris Sofianos got a free kick in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Korifí BC's goal looked a bit too open when Christos Ikonomou came free, but Evripidis Adamidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Stelios Karopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiros Kefalogiannis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestoras Giasemis in the 36th minute of play forced Kounavιοka's goalkeeper Vladimiros Kefalogiannis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 minutes, Ermis Kotsanakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Korifí BC and the Kounavιοka players grew even worse after the yellow card. Evripidis Adamidis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Vassilis Kaligas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kounavιοka's supporters rose to their feet, but Vassilis Kaligas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evripidis Adamidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evripidis Adamidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Ikonomou in the 45th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nestoras Giasemis to strike the kick off in the second half. Stelios Karopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
