In the 7thth minute of the game Panagiotis Prasanakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kleistó FC's Achilleas Tsardikos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Marinos Roubakis came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Vounési FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marinos Roubakis couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the match, Kleistó FC's Miltos Kopitsis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evaggelos Lagonikakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 14 minutes in the game, Panagiotis Prasanakis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Achilleas Tsardikos having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Tilemachos Tsolakopoulos in the 14th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 18th minute Miltos Kopitsis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaggelos Lagonikakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Babbis Tsirikas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaggelos Lagonikakis having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kleistó FC's Thodoris Togias got a free kick in the 25th minute. Evaggelos Lagonikakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miltos Kopitsis in the 27th minute of the match. Vounési FC's Evaggelos Lagonikakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miltos Kopitsis in the 33rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Panagiotis Prasanakis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Achilleas Tsardikos. That made the score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Kleistó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Panagiotis Prasanakis came free, but Achilleas Tsardikos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Kleistó FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vounési FC:s goal. 3-0 came through a penalty shot after 42 played minutes, when Vounési FC:s Nektarios Georgiou calmly waited for Kleistó FC:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. In the 45th minute, Babbis Tsirikas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Evaggelos Lagonikakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miltos Kopitsis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tilemachos Tsolakopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Achilleas Tsardikos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Panagiotis Prasanakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Achilleas Tsardikos was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After having played for 62 minutes, Tilemachos Tsolakopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vounési FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tilemachos Tsolakopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Panagiotis Prasanakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tilemachos Tsolakopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Babbis Tsirikas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaggelos Lagonikakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miltos Kopitsis, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Miltos Kopitsis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Evaggelos Lagonikakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thodoris Togias during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thodoris Togias kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Nektarios Georgiou sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kleistó FC's Achilleas Tsardikos didn't even have to move. During the 91st minute of the match Thodoris Togias completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Thodoris Togias a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Kleistó FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Thodoris Togias hit a great ball. Tilemachos Tsolakopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achilleas Tsardikos having to interfere. Kleistó FC's Achilleas Tsardikos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panagiotis Prasanakis in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vounési FC fully deserved thier win.
