The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paris Kafritzakis's late challenge caught a Paidiki stegi fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Το σόι σου booed when Paidiki stegi fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christos Peppas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paidiki stegi fc's Paris Stamatakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Soulis Moustafidis in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Το σόι σου's goal looked a bit too open when Manolis Panagopoulos came free, but Loukas Tsagarakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loukas Tsagarakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Papandreou in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Akis Verros got free with Paris Stamatakos in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paris Stamatakos was a little too slow when Soulis Moustafidis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 1-1. 66 minutes into the match, Paidiki stegi fc's goalkeeper Paris Stamatakos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Akis Verros. In the 69th minute Paris Kafritzakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paris Stamatakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Soulis Moustafidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christos Peppas kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 84thth minute of the game Soulis Moustafidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paidiki stegi fc's Paris Stamatakos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Akis Verros struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Paris Stamatakos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Το σόι σου. Akis Verros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paris Stamatakos having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Soulis Moustafidis in the 93rd minute of play forced Paidiki stegi fc's goalkeeper Paris Stamatakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
