Marinos Rokkas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Giorgos Tatoulis struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Giannis Karaflas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dhimσkori. After having played for 10 minutes, Giorgos Tatoulis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dhimσkori's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giorgos Tatoulis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giannis Karaflas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marinos Rokkas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Giorgos Tatoulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marinos Rokkas in the 18th minute of play forced Kokkinóchoma FC's goalkeeper Giannis Karaflas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Kokkinóchoma FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marinos Rokkas came free, but Giannis Karaflas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giorgos Tatoulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Giannis Karaflas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Kokkinóchoma FC's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Tatoulis came free, but Giannis Karaflas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giorgos Tatoulis might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giannis Karaflas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giorgos Tatoulis ran back to his position shaking his head. Giannis Karaflas came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Dhimσkori's Marinos Rokkas. But to his dismay, Marinos Rokkas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Giannis Karaflas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marinos Rokkas in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Marinos Rokkas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giannis Karaflas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Giorgos Tatoulis made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 56 minutes, Giorgos Tatoulis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dhimσkori's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giorgos Tatoulis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vaggelis Papadopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Vaggelis Papadopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vaggelis Papadopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vaggelis Papadopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vaggelis Papadopoulos hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Kokkinóchoma FC's goalkeeper Giannis Karaflas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marinos Rokkas. Marinos Rokkas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute Giorgos Tatoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Karaflas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marinos Rokkas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marinos Rokkas got free with Giannis Karaflas in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Tatoulis in the 93rd minute of play forced Kokkinóchoma FC's goalkeeper Giannis Karaflas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giannis Karaflas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgos Tatoulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
