Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfonso Loreto to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Alfonso Loreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. 76 minutes into the match, Chrisostomos Panagos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Panos Soufridis. Kokkinóyion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chrisostomos Panagos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eutichios Papoutsidis in the 82nd minute of play forced Zaknthos's goalkeeper Edvard Lillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvard Lillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eutichios Papoutsidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. When the referee ended the match the Zaknthos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
