The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giannis Venetidis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Eagle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panos Spyropoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Méga Bisdoúni BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anestis Koutos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
