Grigoris Pasamichalis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Paris Stelakoglou firmly grabbed it by the left post. Stavros Batistas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thodoris Tziortzopoulos's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. LokiFire FC's Paris Stelakoglou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save LokiFire FC from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute Antonis Vonortas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paris Stelakoglou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Eustratios Manolios managed to get in a good position for a shot. LokiFire FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustratios Manolios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stavros Batistas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of LokiFire FC booed when Vσthonas BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimos Zagorakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thodoris Tziortzopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stavros Batistas having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Thodoris Tziortzopoulos made a precise shot to the right of Stavros Batistas. Vσthonas BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Stavros Batistas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loukianos Tamvakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Fanis Tzakos managed to get in a good position for a shot. LokiFire FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fanis Tzakos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stavros Batistas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Fragiskos Iliopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vσthonas BC's protests and gave Fragiskos Iliopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Vσthonas BC got a freekick which was hit by Fragiskos Iliopoulos. In the 41st minute Thodoris Tziortzopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stavros Batistas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustratios Manolios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute Thodoris Tziortzopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stavros Batistas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half LokiFire FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thodoris Tziortzopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Vσthonas BC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Fragiskos Iliopoulos hit a great ball. Giorgos Spiliotis was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the game, one of LokiFire FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Theagenis Tsamaslidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. LokiFire FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Theagenis Tsamaslidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stavros Batistas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Vσthonas BC booed when LokiFire FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loukianos Tamvakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, LokiFire FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Seremes came free, but Paris Stelakoglou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paris Stelakoglou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Seremes, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Loukianos Tamvakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Stavros Batistas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute Antonis Vonortas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paris Stelakoglou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigoris Pasamichalis struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Paris Stelakoglou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vσthonas BC. In the 78th match minute, LokiFire FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loukianos Tamvakis to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the LokiFire FC defense, Grigoris Pasamichalis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paris Stelakoglou. The LokiFire FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paris Stelakoglou should have stopped the shot. 83 minutes into the match, LokiFire FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fragiskos Iliopoulos came free, but Paris Stelakoglou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes in the game, Theagenis Tsamaslidis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Stavros Batistas having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Eustratios Manolios left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LokiFire FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Eustratios Manolios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
