Panos Tzanetakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilias Mitrakis in the 32nd minute of play. Ilias Mitrakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the game, Kokkinokhσrion BC's Rik Arnolds nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Panos Tzanetakos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Panos Tzanetakos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rik Arnolds went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute, Vaggelis Parathirakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilias Mitrakis in the 44th minute of play forced Korisía's goalkeeper Panos Tzanetakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Kokkinokhσrion BC got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Nothos. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Themistoklis Zoras was the one to do the kick off. The referee showed Soulis Vertsonis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Korisía got a freekick which was hit by Soulis Vertsonis. Rik Arnolds fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Tzanetakos having to interfere. Andreas Nothos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd match minute, Korisía was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikos Kakouris to maneuver through the defense. Kokkinokhσrion BC's Andreas Nothos got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Asier Guasch hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After having played for 84 minutes, Vaggelis Traboukidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kokkinokhσrion BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vaggelis Traboukidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Kokkinokhσrion BC's Vaggelis Traboukidis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Panos Tzanetakos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vaggelis Traboukidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
