Spectators: 6758 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 0) Stratos Ntouvaridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Semertzis in the 4th minute of the match. Apostolis Kostopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Stratos Ntouvaridis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stathis Markonis, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After a rather tough play, Asteras Zwgrafou's Nikiforos Papakrivas got a free kick in the 9th minute. Asteras Zwgrafou's Thomas Kalpadakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolis Kastanidis in the 12th minute of play. Fokas Papafanakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Thomas Kalpadakis made a huge save. After 14 played minutes Vounoplagiá got a freekick which was hit by Aggelos Kartsolis. Trifon Chiotis hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Stratos Ntouvaridis came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Asteras Zwgrafou's Nikiforos Papakrivas. But to his dismay, Nikiforos Papakrivas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Stratos Ntouvaridis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Veniamin Kafes went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Vounoplagiá's Stratos Ntouvaridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stathis Markonis in the 42nd minute of play. Stratos Ntouvaridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lakis Birbas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stratos Ntouvaridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stathis Markonis in the 44th minute of the match. If Nikiforos Papakrivas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Asteras Zwgrafou were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manolis Kastanidis was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Vounoplagiá getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Tolis Zigouropoulos hit a great ball. Fondas Grigoros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Stratos Ntouvaridis made a huge save. Fondas Grigoros who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Stratos Ntouvaridis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stathis Markonis in the 63rd minute of play forced Vounoplagiá's goalkeeper Stratos Ntouvaridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Asteras Zwgrafou booed when Vounoplagiá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apostolis Kostopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Asteras Zwgrafou's Stathis Markonis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stratos Ntouvaridis. That made the score 0-3 after 70 minutes of play. Vounoplagiá's Stratos Ntouvaridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fanis Valianatos in the 73rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nikiforos Papakrivas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stratos Ntouvaridis was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Stratos Ntouvaridis made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Stathis Markonis sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Nikiforos Papakrivas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Vounoplagiá's zone, Fondas Grigoros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stratos Ntouvaridis came out of the goal and Fondas Grigoros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stratos Ntouvaridis was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Nikiforos Papakrivas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nikiforos Papakrivas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Veniamin Kafes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stratos Ntouvaridis came out and tried to block the shot, but Veniamin Kafes slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 96th minute. Asteras Zwgrafou played a much better game than Vounoplagiá and deserved their victory. The Vounoplagiá players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
