But to his dismay, Zisis Sapounas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Gil Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Iacobeanu in the 78th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Panos Tobras threw the ball into play from the sideline. Líthion BC's Thodoris Psomiadis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 87th minute, Líthion BC's Savas Papachronas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gil Marques. Gil Marques yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Gil Marques made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Nikos Kavvadias sent off a good shot on target. Gigel Iacobeanu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Líthion BC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Líthion BC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for STORMFALL AGE OF WAR FC.
