The referee ignored STORMFALL AGE OF WAR FC's protests and gave Zisis Sapounas a yellow card for diving instead. Louis Iosifidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexis Skaboulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Líthion BC's goal looked a bit too open when Ignatios Kontodimopoulos came free, but Louis Iosifidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panos Tobras hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nikos Kavvadias got free with Gil Marques in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignatios Kontodimopoulos in the 44th minute of play forced Líthion BC's goalkeeper Louis Iosifidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, STORMFALL AGE OF WAR FC's Fedai Uğuş got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Gil Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Kavvadias in the 64th minute of the match. Gil Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savas Papachronas in the 65th minute of play. Líthion BC's Louis Iosifidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Líthion BC from getting a goal against them. Alexis Skaboulis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 71st playminute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. STORMFALL AGE OF WAR FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
