In the 7th minute, Makis Katsikogiannis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Panos Tsatsarelis made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Killer Instinct FC's Konstantinos Antzas. Kleon Aggelatos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis Iosifidis having to interfere. In the 15th play minute Kleon Aggelatos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Louis Iosifidis. 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Killer Instinct FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Kavvadias came free, but Stelios Kolitiris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Gigel Iacobeanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stelios Kolitiris. Killer Instinct FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gigel Iacobeanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 29th minute Nikos Kavvadias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelios Kolitiris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Sofoklis Papakonstantinou got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Líthion BC booed when Killer Instinct FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zinon Kapsokefalos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Líthion BC's Panos Tsatsarelis got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Kleon Aggelatos took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Louis Iosifidis to make any attempt to save it. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Killer Instinct FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Panos Tsatsarelis was slow to take the kick. During this time Líthion BC's players had a chance to rest.

The wind increased when Nikos Kavvadias made the kick off in the second half. Stavros Bounias kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Stelios Kolitiris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigel Iacobeanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Killer Instinct FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Kleon Aggelatos hit a great ball. Stelios Kolitiris was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nikos Kavvadias showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 59 minute of play. Gigel Iacobeanu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stelios Kolitiris came out and tried to block the shot, but Gigel Iacobeanu slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 62nd minute. Líthion BC's Louis Iosifidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kleon Aggelatos in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Líthion BC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Takis Valassopoulos hit a great ball. When Zinon Kapsokefalos came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Killer Instinct FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zinon Kapsokefalos couldn't finish the play. Kleon Aggelatos scored 3-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Louis Iosifidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kleon Aggelatos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Louis Iosifidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zinon Kapsokefalos in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Savas Papachronas in the 93rd minute of play forced Killer Instinct FC's goalkeeper Stelios Kolitiris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Killer Instinct FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
